Uncle Colby is in the House

The long awaited day has arrived. Since Penelope's birth last Thursday, Uncle Colby has been itching to visit and hold his niece. With little sleep last night in anticipation of seeing Penny, Colby hopped in his car this afternoon and spent the next three hours dreaming about meeting this little darling.

Once here Penny and Colby instantaneously hit it off. Penny was so happy to see him that she kept staring at him. Colby says that research shows that babies like to look at attractive people but we think she was fascinated with his scruff.

After supper Nanna and Uncle Colby took Penny for a stroll. All was well until the rains came. Nanna and Colby got a little wet but Penny stayed dried.



Then it was time to relax and rock in the chair. Even though sports were on Colby said he did not care to watch, he would rather stare at the "prize." Another great day. Penny definitely has Uncle Colby wrapped around her finger.
