It is hard to believe that Penny is almost fifteen months old. It just seem like yesterday we were taking her home from the hospital. She has definitely grown into a little girl that loves life. She is quite busy but at the same time loves to be around adults, children and dogs. She has a number of dance moves and some of her new words are Bob (Veggie tales) and APPLE. I know it has been a while but enjoy some of the pics from the last couple of months.

Achtung Baby
Jason and Martina along with 80,000 crazy U2 fans participated in U2's last stop on their three year long 360 tour at Magnetic Hill on Saturday night. Some of the highlights of the concert were the fighter jets flying over the venue four times, Beautiful Day being introduced by an captain from the Space Station and the band playing all the classic songs. They even played Jason's favorite "The Fly." Of course the story would not be complete without rain to add to the craziness. It poured all day and the place became a mud fest. Thankfully Jason and Martina had their rubber boots. The rest of their friends had to live with muddy and wet feet. It makes all kinds of sounds and music. Penny loves to play the little piano that is on it. Just like mom. All we need now to make the summer even better is some warm weather.

Sun, Fun and So Much More
Other activities include going out for breakfast with friends and strawberry picking. It was so cold in the middle of the afternoon the poor girl had to wear a fleece jacket. Of course that didn't stop her when PEI has the best strawberries in the world. Penny also has had some play dates with friends and has been to the park a number of times swinging.
Enjoy the pics from the last week.

Summer Time
This year has definitely flown by. Of course both Jason and Martina would not trade this year for anything. Penny has brought so much joy and love into the Biech household. She loves to sing, dance, clap and occasionally give a kiss. She is always talking and smiling at everyone around her. God has given her the ability to bring joy into people's lives.
With each week there are new things she is doing and new foods she is trying. She seems to eat everything that is put before her. Her favorites are yogurt, cheerios, grapes and watermelon. You have to hide the watermelon from her or she won't eat anything else. She loves water. Loves to take baths and can't get enough of the beach. She is not afraid of the ocean.
She sits in the water and plays with rocks, shells and sand. Of course she has eaten a little sand. Penny decided to skip the crawling and she is very close to walking. She would rather stand and play then sit. It won't be long and she will be off on her own. She has two bottom teeth and a top one is about to come it. She has definitely grown since the last pictures. Enjoy the new ones.
